The Yale 7110 Surface Vertical Rod Exit Devices are designed to be used on doors where two-point latching is desired. Also designed specifically for use on pair of doors where one door cannot be inactive to accept the latch of the active door. By using a vertical rod panic bar, latching is not a problem since the rods latch on top and bottom.
