Electromagnetic door holders are intended for essentially any remote door release application and primarily hold fire entries open until released by an alarm or smoke alarm. Featuring a 300 lb. holding force, the Rixson 993M wall mounted holder/releases meets an assortment of needs. Designed with a thru-bolted armature so that the armature is constantly in contact with the magnet. For correct usage, these electromagnetic door holders should be used in combination with a door closing device.
This wall mounted unit features surface or concealed wiring, low profile projection and extra-high hold force.
Wall must be properly reinforced and outlet box adequately fastened.
