Rixson features a wide variety of electromagnetic door holders/releases. Electromagnetic door holders are intended for essentially any remote door release application and primarily hold fire entries open until released by an alarm or smoke alarm. Featuring concealed wiring, the Rixson 981M floor mounted holder/releases meets an assortment of needs. The Rixson 981M includes 2 armatures, designed specifically to hold 2 back-to-back doors in an open position. For correct usage, these electromagnetic door holders should be used in combination with a door closing device.
This floor mounted unit features concealed wiring, low profile projection and high hold force.
Floor space required: 8 1/4" (210mm)
Mounting requirements: conduit connects directly to floor plate
