Heavy Duty Anodized Aluminum Full Mortise, Short Leaf Inset Continuous Geared – are designed mainly for new door applications in child care and nursing facilities.
Applied to conceal both leaves
Heavy duty hinge (HD1): 3″ between bearing centers
Fasteners are No. 12-24 x 11/16″ #10 Head FHUC, Type C, threadforming, no tapping required
HD1 hinges conform to Grade 2-150, Grade 1-300, and Grade 1-600 cycle requirements per BHMA standard ANSI/BHMA A156.26-2006
