Rixson features a wide variety of electromagnetic door holders/releases. Electromagnetic door holders are intended for essentially any remote door release application and primarily hold fire entries open until released by an alarm or smoke alarm. Available to be mounted as surface or concealed and featuring a 300 lb. holding force, the Rixson 9930M floor mounted holder/releases meets an assortment of needs. Designed with a thru-bolted armature so that the armature is constantly in contact with the magnet. For correct usage, these electromagnetic door holders should be used in combination with a door closing device.
This floor mounted unit features surface or concealed mounting, low profile projection and extra-high hold force.
Wall must be properly reinforced for secure usage.
